As a quality controller, you inspect every finished product accurately and in detail. You take the order form and go over all the possibilities that you check against the result. You reject any product that does not meet our strict quality requirements. You do this in a connecting way, based on the will to do better together. You explain to the employee in question why you do not approve the product. You are quick to learn a new computer programme, which does not put you off. You roll up your sleeves yourself. For example, if you see a wire that has not been cut, you do it yourself. And when this keeps happening, you find out where it has been overlooked and inform the employee concerned. You work very accurately, are stress-resistant and communicate clearly at busier times. You are a positive person looking for a job to perform with passion. You are dynamic and working together with the aim of increasing quality gives you satisfaction. Previous solid experience in upholstery or detailed quality control is a strong plus.

• You retrieve order information from our ERP system (Axapta) and from the order form.
• You report approved products ready in the system.
• You keep your workplace neat and orderly
• You can be assertive in your actions, but in a coaching manner.
